At Kairos Capital, we believe in transparency and accountability to our clients, as well as to the charitable projects we support. We adhere to a strict code of conduct, and corporate governance is monitored by two separate advisory boards.

Internal

Our internal advisory board comprises Kairos Capital employees from various functions at various levels. The board oversees the business activities of Kairos Capital, ensuring compliance with the regulatory environment and mitigating various risk exposures.

External

The external advisory board comprises a group of independent advisors who monitor fund allocation to charitable projects and are responsible for all final decisions in that area. A decision to fund a project can only be made when a unanimous agreement is reached by the board.

Kairos Capital is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
