Jean Baptiste Laglace

Over the past 20 years of his international career in Luxury Hotel Groups such as Hyatt and Belmond, but also in Entertainment as well as Higher Education, Jean-Baptiste has gained strong operational and strategic project management experience. His most recent position has allowed him to lead several projects focusing on customer experience, service excellence, and real estate management. The various positions held as General Manager and Chief Operation Officer have taught him to emphasize teamwork and adaptability as the foundations of success. He brings with him asset management experience having worked for one of the largest real-estate owners in France. Jean Baptiste holds a Bachelor in Economics from the Hospitality School of Lausanne (EHL) and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
